The output of the get-profiles command was way longer than a screen so I piped it into a file.

I think I’ve done it.

I will need to repower though I guess.

The missing bit for MATE was the  xiccd  I believe.

I note that my program that changes the wallpaper called ‘variety’ is no longer changing the wallpaper.

Nope.  No luck.  I’ve tried various icc files.
