Smile munki dont work on Displaycal?

hi all

i got a Samsung S34E790C and Displaycal unable to see the Smile device attached to USB port, works fine with their software tho….

Instrument and Calibrate & profile button are greyed out as shown in attached screenshot.

is this a known issue?

any fixes for it?

Is it hooked to a USB 3.0 port?

yes it’s via USB 3.0 and finally figured it out by following Displaycal guide on youtube lol

i had to maually override from the smile driver to the one came with Argyll package
