Odd behaviour with madvr or windows 10 or profile loader

I have a weird problem using windowed overlay in madvr and win 10, it seems that it may be the windows or madvr or the profile loader, that applies the color profile twice or the levels , I’m using 3dlut. The result is crushed blacks and more contrast picture. Can anyone elaborate more? I didn’t have this problem in win 7.
