Yeah I completely reset the video settings on the TV and made sure to set it to wide gamut. It appears to have fixed the issue. No video problems that I can see.

Also any recommendations on further tweaking of TV settings? I left them at default but was wondering if I should try to change things like contrast and brightness.

If you’re viewing in a dim room, you could decrease the brightness (backlight / OLED light) so white measures around 100-120 cd/m2, which is the usual recommended range for home cinema. I would do this without setting a target in DisplayCAL though, and instead by adjusting the TV during the interactive display adjustment measurements.
