    I did a resolve calibration file for LG C7

    What is the next step with .dcl I’ve got?

    I dont think diskplay cal is designed for that, it for PC profiles software packages like MADVR, i’m a total noob though, ive seen other forums suggest you will need to use HCR for TV calibration.
