Half the distance, Brightness increases by 4.

How does that work in terms of nits. If I want to half the distance, what “nits” would be equivalent ?

Do I have to adjust for the size of the panel ?

Read wikipedia about luminous flux, stereoradians… etc and you’ll get the maths
