in Safari. Those coordinates are slightly wrong.

They’re not wrong, they’re rounded to two digits.
Thank you. I turns out that the numbers given on Bruce Lindbloom’s page are slightly different. He has 1.08883 for the final coordinate, which when scaled is 108.883. However, I have calculated from first principles the correct value, based on the D65 coordinates in the Rec.709 recommendation, and that value agrees with your value.

Yes, Bruce Lindbloom has ASTM E308-01 values on his page, and there are other works which use slightly different values (Wyszecki & Stiles quote 0.95017 1.0 1.08813). The chromaticity used in Rec. 709 leads to the values shown in the measurement report, because they’re encoded in the Rec709.icm profile.
