Thanks for the correction @Case. It’s clear that single curve+matrix is the best solution for now.

    Greetings from Houston,TX

    Thank You!!!!!

I am new to using Display Cal. After installation, my chrome colors went straight to he**. IE was ok and my first reaction was to uninstall reboot and reinstall.

    That did NOT work.

Google brought up this thread. I changed the Chrome flags and VIOLA! problem solved.

It’s 2022 and i have this problem with the color profile of my VG27WQ. Still have to use force sRGB in flags. Will this ever be fixed?

The same problem occurs on Steam and Spotify, since they’re chromium based.

I have a question, if I add my ICC profile, enabling the checkbox “add as advanced color profile”, this problem won’t occur. But I’m suspecting that maybe by adding it as an advanced color profile, the ICC profile isn’t being applied at all?

sRGB clamping by novideo_srgb has been my solution.

I haven’t checked if single curve+matrix profiles work in the latest Chrome verion. You might want to try that if you are looking for a OS based solution.
