Hello,
I have recently installed the 1903 update which appears to be causing issues with calibration. I have read the sticky thread and applied the fixes but to no avail. To summarize, DisplayCAL profile loader doesn’t appear to have any effect on the display anymore (using 3.8.7.1). The loader does say the calibration has been applied but the colors/calibration is clearly not changing.
Here’s the DisplayCAL-apply-profiles.log file:

Any ideas?
2019-10-21 at 18:05 #20633Hi,
does the profile which is associated to the display (S2716DG.icm) even contain calibration? It looks (from the name) like a “default”/vendor supplied profile, not one that is based on actual display measurements.
Edit: It doesn’t.

2019-10-22 at 8:56 #20653You’re right. It looks like the update has wiped out the calibration created with DisplayCAL. I had to install it again with DisplayCAL at which point the Profile Loader picked it up and everything is fine now.
Thank you, this thread can be closed.
