EIZO CS2740 vs Dell UP2720Q
I’m a professional fashion photographer, my work is based 8 photography , 2 video.
Which one would be the better choice for me?
up2720q contains its self color meter and covers 98% of P3 but cs2740 only covers 91% of P3.

Integraded colorimeter is not a saving, since you cannot use it outside vendor app and its limited features. Dell HW calibration software is usually a joke *IF* out of the box grey was not near perfect (it’s software is very unlikely to correct it)
Actual contrast for CS2740 is about 800:1 @ D65 calibrated. UP2720Q should be >1100:1 calibrated. No problem for photo, maybe you want higher contrast for video than CS2740, like QHD CG279X.
None of the spec you listed is relevant. Usually color uniformity is the main goal because cannot be corrected, but from reviews UP2720Q’s color uniformity is good.
