I have been out of the loop for a while. I understand the developer abandoned the program (latest version is 2019). I think I read somewhere that someone else has update the software, is that correct?

In summary, is using DisplayCal + Argyll, still a viable way to calibrate and profile? Where can I download updated versions of the software for Windows and Mac?

    Many thanks

DisplayCAL hasn’t really been updated. There’s just a python 3 fork for Linux/macos (GitHub).

DisplayCAL + Argyll + HCFR are still viable, but updates would be nice (Argyll still gets updates).

DisplayCAL you get here. Argyll you get from the ArgyllCMS site (get the 32-bit version for DisplayCAL use). HCFR’s latest version is on github
