Weird interaction between Windows 10 Night mode and Video

Does anyone have any idea what could cause whites in online video to appear as neon yellow when windows 10 night mode is activated.

Things I’ve tried to correct the issue:
– Calibrating to 3600k instead of using night mode
– Using a different browser than chrome (Edge, firefox)
– Forcing SRGB mode in chrome
– Calibrating to Gamma 2.2, Rec 709, and SRGB tone curves
– Using F.lux

All with the same result. I’ve attached a video of the problem as well as uploading it to imgur here. Any help would be appreciated.
