User-defined "gamma" target curve

Is there a way to input a user-defined “gamma” curve target file that can be selected when creating the 1D LUT? The traditional Gamma 2.2, L*, sRGB, etc., options do not meet my needs.

No. Also note that in a color managed environment, the source profile defines the tone curve characteristic, so calibration tone curve doesn’t play a role there.
