Unable to install XYZ LUT profile -The profile could not be installed/activated

DisplayCAL 3.8.9.3 & Argyll_V2.1.2
OS: Windows 10×64
Instrument: i1Pro 2

Hi. I was using the XYZ LUT + matrix profile and have decided to try the the XYZ LUT instead. However, I can not manage to install it on windows.
I get the following error in DisplayCAL profile installation routine – “The profile could not be installed/activated.”.
Tried twice with different settings – got same error.
In case I try to associate the same profile with the DisplayCAL profile loader manually I get different error by DisplayCAL –  screenshot attached.
According to the guide there are a requirement for matrix tags in the XYZ LUT profile. Is it related somehow ?

I have made additional XYZ LUT + matrix profile and it works just fine.
What am I missing ? is it there any issue with the XYX LUT profiles with the  Argyll_V2.1.2 and Windows 10 ?

Windows does not and never did support installation of XYZ LUT profiles. You can only install “XYZ LUT + Matrix” and “Shaper + Matrix” profiles.
