    something else ive noticed is both CCSS and regular 4 color CCMX dont work “optimally” with WRGB oleds because of (im assuming) the white sub pixels, CCSS is still better than 4 color CCMX. to get a closer match you need a spectro and generate a CCMX using more than 4 colors using the -s “steps” flag in ccxxmake. this is just my preliminary findings havent had time to test.

    some people talk about using cie 2012_2 observer with WRGB oleds to get better white point, but in my experience it makes the image too red, at least on my C1, so i stick with the default 1931_2 observer
