The profile could not be installed. Dispwin Error

Hi! I’ve used DisplayCAL for years. But after upgrading to Ubuntu 22.04 this happened to me. I ran through the whole calibrating sequence, just to get the error message:

The profile could not be installed/activated.
AgryllCMS: Dispwin: Error – We don’t have access to the VideoLUT for clearing.

I can not understand what this means unfortunately. Does anyone know and how can this be fixed? I have attached a screenshot of the error message.

Try updating Argyll CMS:

1. Download the latest version: https://www.argyllcms.com/downloadlinux.html
2. Unzip it.
3. Go to DisplayCAL > File > Locate ArgyllCMS executables…
4. Go to <download location>\Argyll_V2.3.1\bin and click “Select Folder”.

Thank you Kuba, it worked. It was confusing at first, since DisplayCAL does not show your entire filesystem, but finally I managed to find a folder that it could read from. And now I have a color calibrated display.
