The display devices video card gamma tables is non-lenear message?

After making a LUT for resolve I got this message and unsure what it means. I don’t want the calibration to happen twice. Am I right in ignoring this message due to the fact I’m outputting video through resolve into my ultra studio mini monitor which is then going to my monitor?
