Stuck at Interactive Display

Hi!

I received a X-Rite ColorMunki Display and I’m trying to use DisplayCal. For some reason, my Interactive Display Adjustment is stuck on “Setting up the Instrument, please wait”.  The measurement area goes through three color phases, then finally stays on gray and never moves past that.

Please assist. T-T I think I attached the correct log files. If not, please let me know.

Haha This works on and off, and I’m not sure why. After sleeping off this,  waking up to start this again and going through the same process, the Interactive Display finally gets past to the measuring part.
