spyder5 not recognized

Hello, I have a problem because my spyder5 is not recognized by displaycal.

I’ve already installed the ArgyII driver following the menu: tools/port/instal ArgyIICMS but the spyder is not recognized as well.

I’m using windows 8.1

In december 2016 the systems worked well, no hardware changes have been done in this period…

Have you any idea?

Same exact issue is happening to me. First it wouldn’t recognize the device, so uninstalled Argyll in DisplayCAL and then the device manager (click View -> Show Hidden Devices) and reinstalling Argyll, now it would recognize the device.

But now I get stuck in the white balance screen, it stays a gray color in the measurement area and the RGB/lumen adjustment never shows up.
