    Hello,

having successfully used DisplayCal in the past on my desktop, I wanted to calibrate the display of my new laptop. However, the Spider4Elite is not recogized there. So I went back to the desktop, same problem there. The main difference to the past is the new version of DisplayCal. Could there be a problem?

PS: Where does DisplayCal store the Argyll-software? I had Argyll installed before I used DisplayCal and do not want to have Argyll installed twice on my computer. So I would like to combine the two installations if possible.

    Hello,

the question about Argyll could be solved by clicking through the menus 🙂  . However, whatever I tried, the Spider 4 is not recognized. I am on Win10 64bit and have tried both the USB2 and the USB3 ports. No difference. What else could I do? The Spyder is recognized with the ColorNavigator software.

    Hi,

have you installed the ArgyllCMS driver for your Spyder (menu “Tools” -> “Instrument”)?

Thank you! That was the problem. Now it is recognized.
