    Hi there!

I’m seeking for advice regarding the spectal correction to use while calibrating my monitors.

My monitors are using an LCD screen manufactured by LG/Philips (ref :  LC170WXN-SAA1 ).

I found out that those screen are using EEFL (External Electrode Fluorescent Lamp) for backlight but I can’t decide which setting I shall use on DisplayCAL.

It seems that EEFL are plasma based fluorescent lamps (source: wikipedia)  so should I used the plasma preset ?

    Any advices ?

    Hi,

EEFL is a type of CCFL backlight (standard gamut).
