SMALLHD 702 TOUCH – Calibrite Color Checker Display

Hi

My SmallHD 702 Touch has drifted in colour and I am really keen to calibrate and was advised to get the Calibrite Color Checker Display – which I have now purchased

BUT I am at a total loss on how to calibrate the monitor – I have searched the internet endlessly and cannot find a comprehensive instruction for beginners on this and have no clue how to do it?

If someone could give me a rough guide it would be appreciated beyond words! I have Displaycal now download and something called Argle – and that is where I am right now

You would have to give some more info – What are you going to calibate for? What are you gonna do with the display? Do graphic design? Do color grading? Print work? Etc. Judging from the display you’re gonna do on-set monitoring in the DCI P3 colourspace.
