My i1D3 is out or reach and I can’t test certain 3DLUT results I am chasing. I mostly use “BT.1886” and “Gamma 2.2” 3DLUT profiles for games and videos on my HDTV.  I know BT.1886 gamma curve changes depending on displays’ black level, while Power-Law Gamma 2.2 does not. I assume that DisplayCAL’s generic “Gamma 2.2”  is that Power-Law 2.2 gamma.

If I were to create a Power-Law 2.4 Gamma, what would be the settings to use?  “2.4” + “Absolute” + “0% Black Output Offset” ?

I think I posted pre-maturely…  The info was right there.., but change log mentioned ArgyllCMS 2.0.2b. Is it publicly available somewhere?

    “2.4” + “Absolute” + “0% Black Output Offset” ?

“Power law” gamma needs 100% black output offset.
