I was wondering if I need to remove the NVIDIA CP setting that uses the Nvidia settings I have, I have been using the NVCP for so long with what was adjusted to best visuals to me, I know it is not calibrated properly, so I finally got a colorimeter X-rite Display to do it the right way. (Lightroom etc). Should I factory reset the monitors and the NVCP as well, or will the software override those settings?

Noob Question I know but please be helpful.

Set nVidia color settings to “other applications control color”. No need to factory reset the monitors (although it wouldn’t hurt either).

I guess I will need to rerun calibration once more since I calibrated without changing the setting, thanks.

Thanks again the monitors are now more uniform and the settings came out much better.
