Dear Florian,
do you have a hint how to lower the red spike in calibration report?
i’m not expecting wonders from one of the cheapest WQHD-monitors – but hope to get it slightly better.
in interactive menu, RGB-controls have to been changed to usermode 100-94-95. maybe let the RGB controls untouched in SRGB-mode?
regards!
T.G.

Your Benq’s gamut is “bigger” than sRGB in red. Your Benq can show “sRGB red” in color managed apps once you profile it.
If you want an exact match between your monitor and sRGB for non color managed apps (which seems to be what you are testing) then you need a monitor with some kind of gamut emulation (gamut limiting):
-with 6-axis controls
-HW cal with gamut emulation
-factory sRGB/Rec709 gamut emulation
Look for 1st and 3rd in your Benq’s OSD or manual.

Thank you!
6 axis control is not here; but a SRGB-mode. I decided to not alter displays whitepoint (~ 6800 K) in settings; now having a slight greenish tint.
