    Hi!

I’m trying to calibrate an eizo cg319x  ( for davinci resolve) and when I click on start measurement I get a message :

PROFILE TYPE TO SINGLE CURVE AND MATRIX AND ENABLE BLACK POINT COMPENSATION

    Should I say yes?

    Thanks!!!!!

macOS iCC profile support is (was?) very limited. Its own color management engine only worked OK with extremely idealized profile types…. but you are not going to generate an ICC profile for display at OS level, you are going to generate a profile to create a LUT3D, hence ignore the warning and keep your desired settings.
Anyway, a CG319X should be sho well behaved that even with a matrix profile Rec709 simulation should pass all checks, although due to limited contrast dark colors may have a little error if you compare it to some idealized, infinite contrast colorspace.
