Profile loader keeps reapply profile

Sorry if this is answered before but I really can’t find any info about this on the forum.

I just update from 3.2.1.0 to 3.3.2, now the profile loader keeps reapply the profile even I don’t do anything, it reapply about 50+ within 10 mins, I had disable windows 8.1’s color management and don’t have other color management program. I really get lost and don’t know what is going on, please help.

Finally found related topics, dunno why I can’t find it last night, may be too sleepy.

So the new loader now include implicit reapplication, but is there a way to see the explicit only counter?
