    Hi,

looks like an unexpected registry problem. Please open regedit and navigate to the following key:

    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers

Right-click on the “Configuration” sub-key and select “Export”. ZIP the exported *.reg file and attach it. Thanks.

    Try this first:

    1. Update or reinstall your graphics drivers.
    2. Reboot.

    If that doesn’t work:

    1. Backup your system and create a system restore point.
    2. Download the attached ZIP file and unpack the included *.reg file.
    3. Right click the *.reg file and select “Merge to registry”. This should remove the faulty display configuration entry from the registry.
