Profile could not be installed/ activated.

Hi there

I’m running DisplayCal on Ubuntu 20.04, I’m new to both DisplayCal and Ubuntu. I used to use OSX and was after an operating system that was visually similar.

I’m using a Gretag Macbeth I1 Display this was used on my old Mac (with the bundled software) but due to a house move I lost it and I’ve just bought a second hand one off ebay.

The calibration process goes ahead fine… the only thing is for some reason it wont install/ activate the profile. I keep getting an error message pop up at the end.

I’ve posted a small screenshot of the error message

How did you get Displaycal to install on ubuntu 20.04? Every time I’ve tried, it refuses to install.
