Quick question regarding process HDR for madVR – the target peak luminance on the 3dlut tab, what should go here? It defaults to 480nits. Should the target be whatever the measured peak luminance is? (and if so, should there be an ‘as measured’ option here?)

Basically, whatever you like. If you have a display with at least 300-400 peak brightness, you can enter the actual peak the display is capable of. In all other cases, you’ll likely want to use a value that is higher than the display’s actual peak.

Thanks Florian, in my case (LG C8 oled), I’m sure it is over 700nits (haven’t measured that yet), so I’m good to just input the max luminance value here I guess.

    Thanks again!
