So just did my first calibration with my i1display studio on an lg gl83a. Colors look great! However my gamma seems a bit low.

Calibration report says my gamma should be around 2.23, but looking at the screen it seemed a bit low. Looking at the Lagom calibration site, at 48% green blue and grey seem to be around 2.2, while red sits around 2.1. Green and grey are around 2.15 on 25% and 10%.

Did I do something wrong? I will say that I accidentally tried an ambient light measurement with the diffuser off. I’m hoping this didn’t damage the equipment.

    Thanks for the help,

Lagom.nl can’t be trusted. Use the verification report instead. Also if your browser is Chrome or chrome-based you may not get accurate colors.
