Hello, recently I have bought a Colormunki Smile for a incredible good price (45€) I know it’s not fantastic but it’s compatible with DisplayCAL and the speed is not a problem for me.
My computer is a Thinkpad E15 Gen 2, it have an WVA panel 1920x1080p with 250 nits. It’s not the best screen but for work and study is enought for me. I have an old but very good Dell U2312HM too (witch I would like to calibrate when I learn). I want to calibrate the laptop to get the maximum that the screen can offer me.
I have tried to realize some calibrations and tested it using this website http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/ the best results that I have got was adjusting the whitepoint at 6500K activating the black/white level drift option, speed at medium and amount of patches at 175, it makes the white a little bit warm but I this is better than stock witch is a little bit green.
But even so I’m not sure that this is the best setup because I dont have idea about calibrations.
Thanks you.
