Monitor ID Mismatch between DisplayCal and Windows

I have 2 monitors connected to my desktop Nvidia graphics card. Previously, I had monitor 1 connected via HDMI and Monitor 2 via DVI-HDMI adapter.  Both windows & DisplayCal identified the HDMI as Display1 and the DVI as Display2. Last week, I switched the second monitor connection from DVI to DisplayPort. Now, Windows still identifies HDMI as Display1 and DisplayPort as Display2. However, DisplayCal has it switched and calls the HDMI as Display2. Why is this happening and how do I fix this? Thanks.
