    Hello forum,

I’m trying to calibrate my screen to more closely match a color temperature of 6504K without changing the tone curve or anything else really. I used the standard WLED correction and set the target temperature to 6504K, gamma and white point were left to as-is. According to the interactive calibration dialog, the screen has a greenish tint (that I can see, too).

The resulting profile will optimize color and gamma accuracy, but will not change the color temperature. Am I missing something?

    Hi,

If you do not have display (hardware) controls, then the only way to adjust RGB balance (whitepoint) is through the calibration curves. For that, calibration tone curve needs to be set to a value other than “As measured”.
