Mac install prob with Terminal fix

Hey Florian,

I am on a Late 2015 iMac running ver 10.11.6.

I downloaded DisplayCal,  dragged the icon to Applications and then pasted the ‘fix’ to Terminal and got this…

No such file: /Applications/DisplayCAL-3.7.0.0/*.app

Paris-iMac:~ richardparis$

Any idea where I am going wrong?

Check the path. If you dragged only the main aplication, then it’s just /Applications/DisplayCAL.app – but I would recommend installing them all in a subfolder, i.e. option-drag the mounted disk image from your desktop to your applications folder.

Thanks Florian… I solved it thru the Privacy Security setting.
