Linux Nvidia Base Mosaic or Xinerama

Hi,

I have Nvidia Quadro NVS 450 on linux Debian 9.4 xfce, driver 340.106

I want use 3 monitors. I can configure extended desktop when I use Xinerama and when I use Base Mosaic. What is difference between this mode? Which mode I should to use to calibrate monitors with DisplayCAL?
