The color temperature of my Lenovo M14 is always warm white with and without calibration. I want it at 6500K. I also choose manually 6500K for the calibration.

The blue light filter from the M14 and the night modus from Win10 is off.

Is it normal that DisplayCal frequently loads the profiles in the background?

I use the Datacolor SpyderX Pro and have the same problem with their own program.

    What could be the problem?

If you see no difference between calibrated and uncalibrated, this could either mean calibration is not working on your system (unlikely) or uncalibrated color temperature is already close to 6500K daylight (possible).

    Yes.

Maybe there is no problem. See above.
