Has anyone been successful using a Klein K10-A with the MacOS version DisplayCAL? I know my FTDI driver is correct because I can connect the meter to Klein’s ChromaSurf utility but DisplayCAL will not see it.  If I run it on a Windows Virtual Machine it works fine.

    I’m using DisplayCAL v3.8.9.3 on MacOS v11.6

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have not, I can give it a shot though.

I had assumed that the connection to the meter is more of a function of DisplayCAL than argyll. Its not that the meter doesn’t work, it doesn’t show up at all in the menu as an option.

Can you point me in the right direction of how to upgrade the Argyll that DisplayCAL uses? I found instructions on how to install Argyll as a stand alone but not how to upgrade what DisplayCal is actually using.

    Thanks!

DisplayCAL is a front end. ACtual measurements are done by ArgyllCMS. You can change Argyll used by DisplayCAL from File, locate argyll executables, you’ll have to select the “bin” folder

    Try latest argyll:

    https://www.argyllcms.com/Argyll_V2.2.1_beta_osx10.6_x86_64_bin.tgz

There is a new version 2.2.1. My fault, I’ve seen the update right now
