Is possible to load calibrated profile directly to monitor?

I just got benq sw320. And it support calibration profile that created in benq software with few calibration devices. As my not supported (ColorMunki), I’d like to make calibration through displaycal and use it on monitor itself as I do video in premiere/davinchi.

Is it possible to load calibration to monitor itself not videocard?

Some manufacturers publish public SDK to do that (lut-matrix-lut in your situation). AFAIK Benq is not among them. Dell and HP do.
