Instrument not active, nor is calibrate & profile

HI,

So i have spyder 5 express, and have now installed display call with argyllCMS.

Not sure what to do, but display cal will not locate my instrument? I slick on the refresh button between display and mode, it thinks for 2 seconds then the dialog box disappears and nothing happens. on the dialog box there is not buttons except for cancel.

I have located argyll exc. but still nothing.

Ant thoughts?
