    Hello,

    I’m trying to use my Spyder5 and when I click ‘Calibrate and Profile’, I receive the following error;

    “Error – new_disprd failed with ‘Instrument Access Failed’.

    Here’s the log. Thanks for your help getting this resolved!

    Have you installed the ArgyllCMs driver for your Spyder5 as per the quickstart guide?

    Hi Florian,

    Yes, I have installed the ArgyllCMs driver, and it shows up as such in my Device Manager but is not being read by the software.

    I appreciate your help!

    try to run dispread.exe with admin-rights.
