Hello,
I am trying to install it manually from device manager but it doesn’t let me.
Thanks in advance.
This is the error I get:
Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device
Spyder5 (Argyll)
I figured out how to install it. I now have a problem with import colorimeter corrections – it doesn’t give me an option for spyder5.
Thanks in advance,
Menu Tools -> Correction -> Import corrections from other software. Note that the Spyder corrections appear under measurement mode after import.
Thanks for the reply ,
Already did it in my home computer and i am trying to install it also in my works computer.
I did had hard time installing Argyll drivers but i managed to do it with windows no driver signature mode but after that I can’t see the spyder 5 under measurement mode.
Do i have to so something else because I manually installed Argyll drivers?
Thanks in advance.
Does the Spyder show up in Windows device manager under “Argyll libusb devices”? Did you refresh the instrument list in DisplayCAL?
(btw, the easiest way to install the driver, with the instrument connected, is to use Tools -> Instrument -> Install Argyll instrument driver).

Yeap it does.

Yes I did.
(I know but in my work, we have network restrictions so I can’t do it that way)
nevermind I can’t bypass my jobs network firewall so I can’t install Argyll either it does see it manually…
