Has anyone gotten the i1Studio sensor working with DisplayCal? I’ve got one I rented until Monday – but when I try to use it I get nothing to show up in the “instrument” dropdown in windows. In Mac, I get to pick it but when I try to do readings it doesn’t work.. I’m completely new to this but I’ve installed the drivers and they show up in the windows device manager it’s using argyll… but no dice. Any help would be appreciated and I think I’ve searched everything I can search 🙂

i1Studio spectrophotometer, need to install ArgyllCMS USB drivers (and i1Studio software will stop from working until you switch back to old driver, read ArgyllCMS documentation for Windows and USB drivers)

i1Display Studio colorimeter, should work out of the box. Check that you have not some Xrite software running background using colorimeter. Kill it, run DisplayCAL & detect instruments.

Yup. I actually moved on to try to use HCFR – but I could finally get DisplayCAL to work by manually installing the drivers. Very interesting is that after closing the app or restart, it’d go back to not working until I reinstalled. 🙂 Either way things are working-is now. Thanks!
