How do I subscribe to a forum topic where I didn’t leave comments?

When browsing forum threads, I don’t see any buttons to turn on notifications when new posts appear in them. Where are they hidden? There are topics in my personal account that I subscribe to, and they can be removed from there. But how to add – remains a mystery to me.
