    Hi all, first post 🙂

New user here, very impressed with the software so far. Windows user btw.

Have just calibrated my two monitors. When installing the software I chose the DisplayCAL managed profile option and opted to install the profiles at startup as each was completed.

One thing I don’t understand is how and where I can check that these profiles are actually loaded?  Windows Color management is showing the DC profile against my main monitor but not the second (which appears to show the default profile for the main one, weirdly).  Is this wrong or is it not relevant when using DC’s own loading system?

If anyone can shed any light for a newbie that’d be great.

    Toby.

Just go to control panel, device tab, select 1s or 2nd display in combo, then make sure that use this configuration for this device is checked and that defaulkt profile for each one is the one you want. But DisplayCAL loader in its profile associaton window shows the same data…

If you are asking is you system is actually loading GPU calibration, it should be visible if correction calculated by displaycal is strong.
Another way is to make 2 fast additional calibrations WITHOUT touching OSD constrols in your display and setting an extreme correction, for example calibration in GPU white as D50 in a HW taht is more or less D65. Loading each D50 profile for each display should change white on both screens by a huge margin => calibration loader is working, Then you can rever to your desired profiles for each display and be sure that calibration is loading “the best your hardware can” (banding).
