Vincent, the 3dlut in madvr is not working properly, it is applied somehow twice…
2022-02-18 at 14:58 #34387If you use DMWLUT and madVR at the same time, madvr’s LUT3D should not be made from custom display profile, as explained before. Then assign it manually in madVR.

You mean I have to run a brand new calibration for madvr?

2022-02-18 at 15:33 #34392They are wrong. Do as instructed. If you want to use DWMLUT and at the same time madVR, destination profile for madVR is the source profile for DWMLUT.
If you use DMWLUT your display for all apps behaves like the simulation profile in DWMLUT, hence you cannot use those settings.2022-02-18 at 15:42 #34393They are wrong. Do as instructed. It is still not working properly…
2022-02-18 at 16:43 #34398Verify each part in the pipeline with DisplayCAL or HCFR. We cannot know what you did & configuration.
2022-02-20 at 10:21 #34431Vincent, is the rendering intent – absolute colorimetric with white point scaling ok for the 3dlut for windows in dwm_lut? Or I should use perceptual or relative colorimetric? I’m not asking for madvr 3dlut, only for windows colors.
2022-02-20 at 12:34 #34432what do you want to do and what are your profiles?
Relative WP does not change whitepoint. It is the recomended setting if you tweaked manually RGB gains to get a visually pleasing white.2022-02-20 at 12:38 #34434what do you want to do and what are your profiles?
