    Hi,

Fairly new to this…but I am attempting to calibrate 2019 iMac 5k using the suggested software along with the i1 Display Pro.

I used the steps in Nasim Mansurov’s photography life post.

I also ended up using the Correction – LCD Phosphor WLED IPS, 99% P3 Macbook Pro Retina 2016), as suggested by Florian at the end of the discussion.

Profile session was completed, 88.3% of Adobe RGB.

Then I was prompted “cannot load profile”

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks

Attach logfiles please (menu “Tools” -> “Show log”, click “Create compressed archive”).

Thanks for the response. Just so I understand – do I need to attempt the calibration process and then create log archive? or just now as I open the program?

    Thanks

No need to attempt another calibration – the log archive will contain logs for up to a week.
