Help in creating LUT’s

Hello everyone.

I am new to the forums and this is my first post. I have used Displaycal in the past to do simple cals to calibrate monitors but I’ve heard that I can use DisplayCAL to create 1d and 3dluts. I’ve love to learn more about how to do this and the steps I have to take for this. I’ve been using HCFR to calibrate TV’s but now own an LG OLED CX series where it’s possible to create and upload LUTs. Can someone guide me step by step the processes and help me learn more about how I would go about creating LUTs to upload to my LG OLED? Any guidance would be much appreciated. This is all so new to me so please explain anything in basic terms . Thanks in advance.
