Apologies if this has been asked before. Been using DisplayCAL + ColorMunki Photo for years and it’s been spot on for my workflow which is heavy in Photoshop and printing to large format printers. Recently got my first OLED display and tried to use the same workflow for calibration that I have used for every other monitor I have owned. Set the target at 95 cd/m2 which is where I typically set it to match paper brightness. But the profile looks horrible. Way too dark and the whites are almost gray. Is there some special workflow associated with profiling an OLED for color accurate photo editing? Can I use the HDR mode?
