I got a new monitor, MSI Artymis and I have i1 Display Pro and RTX 3070.
I freshly installed Windows 10 and Dispacal GUI and added the system environment variable PATH of the latest ArgyllCMS.
I am not sure why I’m getting this error.

2021-06-01 at 8:06 #30448- Check for right instrument in 1st DisplayCAL tab.
- Check for proper display in the same tab, sometimes Web @ localhost appears by default.
- Switch off antivirus till reboot.
i1Display connects as HID to Windows (universal human interface device), so specific USB controller issues may appear. Try to use another port or hub.

2021-06-01 at 15:02 #30457The device works fine with the i1 Profiler from X-Rite.
I checked everything you mentioned and I see no issues there.

I don’t understand if it’s able to access the i1 or not.
2021-06-02 at 12:40 #30465It’s working, just happens that you did not know how to use spotread. spotread -? if you want to know.
It’s an app for single measurements where user has to provide the patch to be read, typical params are -e for display (add -X file.CCSS) or -a for ambient. App starts, initializes colorimeter and if you press space it takes a reading. It’s an easy way to test if device works.
